A sprung mattress is more comfortable IMO. Foam mattresses are for boats and campervans.

Yea, I've heard that...that's why I was wondering. There are also "temperature sensitive" mattresses... aw ****************.

Memory foam is different than latex.
Memory foam will get warm from body heat.
Latex will not and is anti-bacterial.
Bacteria, mildew, and mold cannot live in latex foam.
Latex can lasts up to 30 years and doesn't need to be flipped.

I understand all of that but the flipped part....Memory foam needs to be flipped?

do you know what size you have? There's 8", 10" 12" and so on.... I understand the "thicker the better" but I'm not sure what the median is... I mean if bigger is better than why not have a 6 foot matters

                            It's like 10" I think, I've had it for a few years, it's a Queen.

I only did it because I got a really good deal and don't use box springs.

Either way, foam or regular spring they're all good.
