In LA, you could go out for a cold beer at 6AM, but here you have to wait until 10

my kitchen. esp in the summer when there are fresh veggies from the garden.

breakfast food is easy, very easy to make it to my tastes which rarely happens at most diners.

i like bacon/sausage, eggs, cheese, veggies, potatoes for breakfast. pancakes and waffles are more dessert foods than breakfast.

Flappy Jack's, Glendora. On Route 66

It's not uncommon to see 40 people waiting outside on the weekends.

Yes, it is that good. Get there early and avoid the wait.

You gotta give it a try, Steve.

                        There's a bunch.

I'm a fan of Ted's Bulletin in Eastern Market and Old Ebbott downtown for brunch.

I've got a couple other places, but I don't share those so they stay empty and cheap.
                        Word up.

Market Lunch at the Eastern Market used to have a great breakfast, problem was everybody thought so and the line on the weekends would be just too damn long of a wait for a meal that takes 5min to eat!

Agreed - but I don't eat a lot of vegetables for breakfast. Coffee and toast work for me.
