It was called amy lynn and the leather rose band. The bass player singer was very talented. Her idol, Janis Joplin of course. Amy lyn played sax, she was no Charlie Parker. She sang well the bass player sang great. The drummer may have been a lesbian also. I just don't know. She left the band and we got another drummer . The new drummer was a man. If you're ear happened to be in the vicinity of one of the cymbals, he would smash it really hard like a boxer hitting someone. He was the second drummer I have played with in a band who was a ringer. I have played in other bands with lesbians also. They too were tremendous singers. This one in particular sang like bonnie Raitt, no ****************! Her name was Carolyn bowman, I wonder if she is still alive. She claimed to be a hemophiliac, a bleeder. I played with another woman she was a pretty good singer her name was Kelly long. She was the best looking woman in the world no exaggeration. She wore tight black spandex pants. And it was very easy to get gigs. In that band did hit me with your best shot. I learned every guitar part and play the solo note for note through My 63 fender stratocaster into a peavy mace amplifier. I don't want to write anymore. Goodbye and have a pleasant evening.
