      Mitch Mitchell much more so. Billy Cox was an improvement.

    I think it was a big part of the band's package , but not necessarily part of his "talent." I think his greatest talent was being able to put on a strong live show, sing convincingly, hold down the rhythm and solo parts (with the aid of some very musically talented band members), and keep it interesting with just 3 pieces. He was a great frontman. 

    Let that boy boogie woogie. It in him, an' it got to come out.
