  • IRS Scandal Update: "Not even a smidgen of corruption" becomes "There is potential criminal activity,"

Remember when Obama assured us the IRS Scandal was nothing and there was "Not even a smidgen of corruption”?

Seems the Treasury Deputy Inspector General Timothy Camus imformed the House Oversight Committee yesterday that "There is potential criminal activity,"

Who to believe? The IRS Watchdog or our president with a penchant for untruths?

If it's true that Lerner (or anyway else) did use the IRS as a weapon against people for political purposes, they need to be, as much as allowed by law, tarred and feathered.

I don't care what your politics are. We simply cannot allow this in our system of government.

On the other hand, if it's much ado about nothing in the emails, then it's time to put this to bed.

Current global warming temperature trend: 0.05ºC per decade, plus or minus 0.1ºC (source: UN IPCC AR5) ...Yes, the error rate is higher than the estimated rate of change.

"Anthropogenic global warming is a proposed theory whose basic mechanism is well understood, but whose magnitude is highly uncertain. The growing evidence that climate models are too sensitive to CO2 has implications for the attribution of late-20th-century warming and projections of 21st-century climate. If the recent warming hiatus is caused by natural variability, then this raises the question as to what extent the warming between 1975 and 2000 can also be explained by natural climate variability." --Dr. Judith Curry, chair of the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology

"...the most transparent administration in history...."

Orwell and Goebels would be very proud, indeed.

I want to see the evidence before passing judgment. If it's bad, and this whole "lost email" b.s. is a cover up atop of any wrongdoing, I'll scream bloody murder.

Fair enough. I just couldn't resist the opportunity to Godwin the thread early.

Or any government agency to come out and tell the public that they lost their emails was the first piece of proof.

I don't know how many of you have ever worked in government, but I can assure you, emails don't get lost.

I just need to know who was responsible for the IRS during the Obama years.

Or is it your premise that Mobo just couldn't be help responsible?
