  • Right wingers are essentially barbarians

If I have observed anything while perusing HCPP is that those from the right are much more likely to attack and insult someone  than from the left. There is no dispute, it is fact.

It has become nothing more than a toxic "shout down" by anyone who questions republican legislators.  This vicious circle of hate being perpetuated by the right wing is unproductive and unhealthy.

It was understandable during the Bush administration because of his destruction of the economy and constitution, however, the grave dancing following the 08 election was childish to say the least, and has been a constant embarrassment to the democratic cause.

Right wingers now understand how the left has felt for the past 3 decades, and although the right deserved a slap into reality,  this vicious circle of tension being perpetuated by the left is unproductive and unhealthy.

I have done all I can: Identified the problem, named the perpetrators, and held them publicly to task. That is/was  and will remain my only option, other than to be silent and tacitly support said behaviour, which in my mind renders me complicit . And if there is anything in this world I do not approve of, it is being complicit.

I wish people give up flag bearing. But they won't. I meet a lot of people every day. Some are so politically charged up. That whole thing about being 40 and still liberal you're seriously ****************ed up? I see them in their 50s conservative and they're ****************ed up. Doesn't matter. Left.. right. Who cares anymore? I don't.

I think viciousness comes with whose turn. I remember the Reagan years. Righties were pretty much in your face. Now it's the left.

By 40 you should relize that there is a vast difference in those that will not and those that can not.

You can't  help those that will not no matter what oppertunities you throw their way.

I'm for letting them starve. Time to use our limited resources wisely instead of letting the deadbeats drag all of us under.

It probably takes about as much faith to believe in a politician, let alone an entire political party, actually caring about the common person and really trying to help those people as it does to be sold out on a religion.

Does anyone know what a "fact" is? The reason lefties may appear viscious is because the majority of righties are mindless douche bags with no concept of reality, only the tainted version they get from the other douche bags at Fux News or the Fudge report.

And I've been on two other sites where it's completely the other way around with the righties being the most viscious and nastier.

This board / used to be in full swing but has declined over the years. At its full.... it was downright nasty. And the majority are repugs. I didn't have to look very hard for these quotes... at all.

    this is one board

    here's the second board

Just one excerpt from that last board:

    http://mtheads.yuku.com/topic/887/Once-again-Willie-Ps-Journal?page=1

Leyenda1 Re: Once again Willie Ps Journal. After I have unceremoniously kicked Willie P cock out of your mouth can you come right out and say that you hate the military please?

    And these ones:

    http://mtheads.yuku.com/topic/2171/The-People-Have-Spoken

riggo44w:   The People Have Spoken Suck It Liberals! Take your Socialism and stick it where the sun don't shine!

Brown Scores Upset Victory Over Coakley in Massachusetts Senate Race

Pong-Messiah:   Yeah! Back to hell with liberalism! Burn the witches at the stake after cutting off all their hair so it isn't so stinky. Yeeee haw!

Leyenda1:   I switch over to MSNBC and the mule dyke Rachel Maddow was saying the people were wrong in voting the way they did. The gaul of the left! But the more and more they open their mouths the more and more they detach from the people. And President Spock talking about Brown and his truck...damm! Amatuer hour at the Apollo!!! This Presidency is proving to be the biggest buyers remorse since the Yugo.

I'm sure repugs think the same thing.

It's a liberal leaning forum, so liberals are emboldened by the weight of numbers.  Opposite goes on in consevative forums.

Current global warming temperature trend: 0.05ºC per decade, plus or minus 0.1ºC (source: UN IPCC AR5) ...Yes, the error rate is higher than the estimated rate of change.

"Anthropogenic global warming is a proposed theory whose basic mechanism is well understood, but whose magnitude is highly uncertain. The growing evidence that climate models are too sensitive to CO2 has implications for the attribution of late-20th-century warming and projections of 21st-century climate. If the recent warming hiatus is caused by natural variability, then this raises the question as to what extent the warming between 1975 and 2000 can also be explained by natural climate variability." --Dr. Judith Curry, chair of the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology

I thought this lie was put down long ago.

There are far more righties here than lefties.
