Members san.stephens
As you said that within $2-300 you want to get about 100 cds.Keeping in mind your budget, while researching service providers, I came across http://www.sfvideo.com/. Check out their CD duplication section where in they are charging approx. $160 for 100 copies. I hope this helps.

Members PiPaPlayer
We used discmakers before and I swear I won't use them again. They promised me everything before I placed the order. But once the order was placed everything changed. I ended up had to request to have the master sent back to us and that process was nothing but a nightmare. We used another company in San Jose, Ca call New Cyberian now. They have better price and better quality on both the product and service. Here they are: http://www.newcyberian.com
