  • Cosmic joke!!!

Why would a just and loving God give me a damn near perfect sense of rhythm and meter, but then make my voice sound like dying cats, while at the same time giving other people damn near perfect pitch accuracy, but NO IDEA where to actually PUT the words??!?!?!?

    WHY!??!?!?!

Voice lessons can fix most anything, just a couple can show a noticeable improvement .

You can learn to control the caterwailing and channel it into something musical.

      See an expert and practice.

Or you could practice 1000 different cat calls and make an album?

          winner!

But seriously, I was just having a mini rant after 4 hours trying to get the singer to put the words in the right place.

Your voice is probably just fine, you just need to pick a music genre and style where it is acceptable. There are plenty of examples of singers lacking good pitch and clean, clear speech, but were a success.

This should put an end to anyone doing a "cat calls" album.
