On your climbing chorus, doing the I, II, III is particularly awkward sounding out of tune, I'd go I, V, I... I II III IV... I think he needs to concentrate on holding down the tonality a bit. And... perhaps using some swung 8th pick up notes for flavor to help out that awesome guitarist. Really cool group you have. The fiddler's cute.
