Members Nik Posted July 24, 2011 Members Share Posted July 24, 2011 Yes, you need a preamp - a guitar preamp.I use mine alternately with an Award Sessionmaster and a (modified) Marshall MGP9001.Read the manual.Understand what the controls do.Understand that mostly it is the icing (frosting) on the cake - not the whole cake.
