Members drumin123
Can someone explain the difference in field angle and light output between these two lights. Also, what about durability, pros and cons, or other recommendations. The Irradiant's are going for about half the price of the Chauvet's and seem like a good deal. Looking to spend no more than $800 at the moment and expand later but for now just a good stage wash is all I am after. Maybe four of these fixtures will do the trick with 2 per side? These would be purchased with two trees and a controller for a 5 piece band that plays old top 40 approx 2-3 times a month in small to medium sized venues for no more than 200 people and controlled from FOH. Stages vary in size but average 10' x 20'. Thanks
Members BillESC
The big difference is the 6006 has less than half the number of LEDs that the 200B has. Therefore will be less than half a bright. With your budget I'd suggest the following: 2 - 10' tripods w/T bars1 - DJ12DMX programmable controller4 - SRL-6043S Par 56 LED fixtures1 - Set DMX cables. It all fits in your budget and will be a very good start. Adding more fixtures in the future will not be a problem.
