Members bigjd Posted January 24, 2013 Members Share Posted January 24, 2013 Finally got my Mac for my SL1642,so I'm gonna get DMXis this week I think.Already have a FCB1010,may have to reprogram it alittle bit to fit our needs. Probably run it and or our drummers SPD-s for control of scenes and effects.Still wish it had beat detection like Freestyler does,but I need a program I can load on 2 machines,Mac and PC.Does anybody know how many machines I can put my key on? Members StratGuy22 Posted January 24, 2013 Members Share Posted January 24, 2013 For the FCB1010. Just do a reset, and it's good to go. Buttons 1-10 bank one are the first 10 scenes. Bank 2 are the next 10 scenes etc. I set one volume pedal to control the brightness of the lights on the band. I set the other one to control the smoke machine. It will count the kick beats before it sends a change message through the program.It's been real handy that way for changing washes in auto pilot mode. Giving of control of just the effects changes.
