I am sure it came out of a factory in China, almost all lights do now a days, it doesn't mean its the same. First difference I notice is the black base instead of white. RGB LED's who know's what wattage compared to 4 3Watt RGBW's in the Snowball. Last difference is that 1 Year warranty on that, but has to be shipped god knows where, compared to the 2 year warranty on all Blizzard products, and shipping is to Wisconsin.
