Members groove.77 Posted July 22, 2003 Members Share Posted July 22, 2003 My friend's dad has two JBL 2x15 SR something cabs and a QSC RMX2450, and also a Behringer crossover. He's letting us use that sub setup tonight at our gig. There's also two JBL 15'' mid-high cabs, not sure which ones. We're also borrowing two Crown CE2000s, for monitors and mid-high amplification. I'm very interested in how it'll sound. Definately tons better. Anyway, how should I set this up? Should I just put the two 15'' mid-high cabs up on tripods as usual, and just put the subs on the floor by them, or put the subs across the bottom of the stage on the floor? I'm pretty excited - our drummer's borrowing drum mics, our bassist will go through the system, and we should sound pretty darn good for once.
