I have choosen not to go with a cordless because i want to have a really good recording mic as well....Thinking along the lines of Beta 87 type range Im pretty much in the same boat as you dev, i have done enough to say i have played but not enough entertaining to call myself and "entertainer" ok gotta go again..Patience is not my best trait and i have loads of work to get through!!!
