Powering a Guitar Rig

Hey hey.

In my rig, i require about 12 plug ins. However my juice goose provides 8. Should i throw in another power conditioner? run a power bar from one of the outlets? etc.

This is probably a silly question, simple answer type deal. But somewhere along the line i got the crazy idea that this is a very important thing to get straight.

Thanks for any, and all help!!

Rock on, Dave.

As long as you're not sucking a dozen amps out of the wall outlet, just plug a power strip into the Juice Goose and mount it to the top of the rack, or wherever else it'll fit. It's still getting the protection of the JG that way, and not taking up another rack space.

If you go with another JG for whatever reason, you could plug it into the original so that you only have one thing to plug into the wall at shows... but it'd be a waste of a rack space, and heavier than a $5 power strip! Regardless, if you get one, you can always rear-mount it so it's not taking up another space.
