Members stefanoa
Are there any full range powered speakers out there, I am looking to run a complete band through a PA and wondering if there any any speakers on the market can handle the whole band without using a sub? Venues can go from 75 to 250 people? Thanks again!
Members GCDEF
Plenty, although you really need a sub to do bass and drums properly. What's your budget?
Members Audiopyle Sound
The Yorkville U15P would do it substantially better than most, particularly at that price point.
Members agedhorse
Pretty wide-open question. Yes, there are quite a few full range cabinets that would work well without subs. They are also in the $2500+(+++) per cabinet range. Some particular models that come to mind are the Clair S-4, Flag Systems HI-FI, Meyer MTS-4, CQ-1, KF-650/750, KF-900 series, and others. Members drumstix
If you cant afford the U15p's probably next on the list is the HPR153 three-way. The tuff part is getting them up in the air without being on a stage or no subs. For 250, face the facts, you need subs!
Members hamer
in small clubs I use my elite 408 and run vocals, guitar, keys, kick and bass thru them, works great but you have to cut some low end off the bass and kick all it dose is to bring it up a bit in the mix but to do it right as far as getting good low end sound you will def. need a sub.this only works in small rooms like 75 to 100 ppl. even then I would perfer a sub,but it dose work
