Members death metal jim
I am running this amp in parallel. But I would like to run it in stereo .When I switch it over to stereo it sounds a little distorted and still runs in parallel.Any ideas?
Members flanc
Did you flip dip switches 4,5&6 to the left?
CMS Author Craig Vecchione Posted March 15, 2007 CMS Author Share Posted March 15, 2007 This is a PLX-3002, right? Make sure all 3 stereo/parallel mode switches are set to stereo, and that the Bridge mode switch is set to "off".

Members agedhorse
When running in parallel, you use only 1 input and both the left and right outputs. When running in stereo, you use 2 inputs and both the left and right outputs. Both modes require the bridge mono dip switch OFF Parallel mono requires dip switches 4,5,6 to the RIGHT Stereo requires dip switches 4,5,6 to the LEFT. Members flanc
Parallel mono requires dip switches 4,5,6 to the leftStereo requires dip switches 4,5,6 to the right. Maybe I'm reading something wrong..but this plx manual from the qsc site SEEMS to say that 4,5,6 need to be switched to the left for Stereo. http://www.qscaudio.com/pdfs/plxuser.pdf Page 8 is the diagram
