DBX 231 or Peavey 231 ??

Yeah, I went all DBX for signal processing when I fleshed out my PA - a 231 for mains, a pair of 215s for monitors, a 223XL for my X-over, and some 266s for channel compression/gating - I haven't regretted any of those choices... Also, I bought nearly all of them used, so I don't have alot wrapped up in any of the above...

I've liked Peavey gear for a long time, but prefer DBX in this case - their stuff works well, and is very reasonably priced - not to mention, since it's pretty durable/reliable, buying used usually isn't a bad way to go...

I like the FLS Peaveys, especially if you are doing sound onstage while playing.

Yeah I still have a couple of Q215fx that I use to use for wedges. Made it a little easier to find feedback while playing bass with one hand and moving sliders with the other. :)
