Members Shaster
A right angled 57 - really? http://www.long-mcquade.com/products/7372/ Must of stared at the page for a minute. Anybody ever seen or used these? Am I the last one to know about them? Would they even be of any use? Strange....

Members oldschooler
It has been around for a while. They sell the adapter piece alone also. I believe it goes for 60 bucks. Not worth it in my book.

Anyway the whole thing smacks of "the left handed dog leash syndrome". But I guess it's to each his/her own.

Add some fancy marketing hype, a few testimonials (true ones if you can find them, make up the rest as needed), and a cool package - your all set. Members Mogwix
http://www.long-mcquade.com/products/7372/ I saw the pic and laughed. There's a compact incarnation of the SM57 that is used with DW's MAY internal mic system. I always thought it'd be kind of neat if shure marketed the smaller SM57, or a smaller version of it. I wouldn't buy it though, because there's a lot of mics I'd rather use in the situations where those compact SM57's would be useful.
