    Looking to upgrade from the JRX112m mons. Looking at some used MR825's.. What do you guys think? I would power them off one side of a XTI-2000.

    Sideways... at best. The JRX is closely related to the MR series.

      MR-825s?

      When they were introduced to the Marketplace, the Dead Sea was just Sick!oke:

      They were the entry level in the mid 80's following the MR-725s.

      I would no go there if I were you.

      I took the Road less traveled....and that has made all the difference.

      The more you guys learn, the better equipped your bull**************** detectors and cynacal meters will become. -Agedhorse

          I upgraded from the same JBL MR825's to Yamaha Club series, the SM12V/CM12v. A much better sounding monitor IMO.
