Members lioram
Hey there! I have a problem. The last few gigs we did I had to mix myself (using the controllers on my Evolution) while playing, because I stupidly thought that the techies would have the facilities to accomodate the 8 unbalanced line outputs from my Delta 1010lt (its patched into my TRS patchbay). So I'm trying to think of a solution for our next gig. I could just buy an 8 channel DI box, however, I'd also need to buy 8 more XLR cables, probably quite long ones. It would also mess up my rack because the outputs are on the back and the inputs are on the front (unless I bought a load of cables and wired it into my patchbay, but that would be a bit overcomplicated) Can anyone think of a better solution? Thanks for your help ------------------------------------------------------photoshop tutorialsbest home pageamrusihair remove
Members Imwithpepe
So, you wanted 5 stereo rca > xlr direct boxes? What venue did you possibly assume would have even one?

No way around it, you need 8 channels of DI Let the sound you want control your gear selection.Let your gear selection control your rack layout. The rack never get's a say.
