Members spsounds Posted April 30, 2012 Members Share Posted April 30, 2012 I have a custom made sounds system. It consists of 4 dual 12's w/ 4 inch horns and 4 dual 18's. Its is a tri amp system (2400 lows 1200 mids 250 highs) . The subs are peavey low max, mids black widows, highs 44xts. I know some are not peavey fans and before this system i was not. It has been my best purchase in this business. I use it mainly outdoors and power it with (4080hz lows, xti 4000 mids, xls 202 highs). I wish i could add more to it but i cannot. For bigger shows i am wanting to add to it. For subs i have choosen ls2100p from yorkville. I know they big and heavy but have wheels are have really been a great upgrade. I am stuck on mid/highs. The dual 12's SUCH A LONG THROW and i would really love some ideas that will have a great throw. Any advice and ideas would be greatly apperciated.
