Members chrisjnyc
Anyone use any small monitors that sound good? I don't a lot of room, and the Rokit 5's might be the biggest I can fit in my space. Anything smaller I should be checking out?

Members dboomer
And what are do you need to hear in your monitors? And how loud do they need to be?
Members Axisplayer
Rokit 5's are studio monitors. I don't believe he is asking about stage monitors. Probably not the ideal forum to ask, although we do have a few studio types here.
Members Special J
Not the right forum, but I'll throw in that I've mixed a bunch of stuff on Rockit 5's. Pretty decent little monitors for the money. I wouldn't go any smaller than 5". If you can find some 5" coax monitors, they would likely be physically smaller. Maybe some Tannoys? Members stickmansam
True, depending on your music style and ambient noise level you need to overcome, 100db can at times be lacking. Used these as choir monitors on an install about a year ago, using audix micro booms custom brackets were made to mount them to the micro boom, worked awesome and sounded amazing. Majority of the sound beam is absorbed by the choir too so bounce back to the audience isn't an issue. For stage monitors check out the Ev TX1122FM. Members Tomm Williams
Again, assuming you're talking live and want something not too pricey, Carvin makes a 12" coax that is small and gets pretty good comments.
