I wouldn't have a problenm with either, though perhaps the PRX might sound just a little better in the high end and maybe win out a bit in weight too. If you are close, you could come to a practice and hear the DSR112's over XLF's for yourself (in a gig environment). If you could find someone with a pair of 612's we could compare them.
