It just so happened that it was one of the EWI Cables that got messed up. It's a megafoot unit and they are replacing at no cost to us. Just the most fantastic Customer Service aruond. I highly recommend to go to Mark & Liz for any products that you will need in the future. They really stand by their products abd it's no wonder why they are highly recommended from this forum.
