Other than no two ohm load and minus a couple other features, any practical/operational reason to go with the 3002 over the 1804? 4 ohm load ratings are pretty similar Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Members agedhorse Posted June 28, 2013 Members Share Posted June 28, 2013 The 02's are heavier duty, contain added cooling to support 2 ohm rating and the addtl. power at 2 ohms. Other than that and less features (may not be a big deal) the other difference is chassis size. The 04 is shallower.Let me know what you are interested in Tomm, I am a dealer. Members Unalaska Posted June 28, 2013 Members Share Posted June 28, 2013 I've got an 1804 powering mids in a stereo Triamp amp rack. I've got it for sale since I want another plx3402. It's solid at 4ohms per channel, its been a great amp. Small and only 10lbs too, so I'm not trying to sell it quick anyway.
