Members six20aus Posted July 17, 2013 Members Share Posted July 17, 2013 Ok - I'm downsizing my rig.Is there such a thing as a (pref) 1 space rack mixer that has- Decent quality mic-preamps- FX- XLR/Jack ins and XLR outs- FX loop For a solo/duo/trio this would be the bees knees I just haven't found anything and maybe there's a reason for that but maybe you folks know of such a thing... I don't know of any.The Samson SM10 line mixer has about as much versatility as you are going to find in a 1U mixer: 10 stereo channels (2 of which have XLR inputs). 8 channels have a monitor and FX send, as well as the ability to route the main signal to two different main outputs. "Quality" preamps? I have no idea if they would be considered "quality" or not. Probably not, but it certainly works for what I do.
