Members djiceman1575
I have a set of the Audix RAD360 units with OM3 handhelds, which work great, but I know the OM3 is not really a great all-around mic for every type of band. I'd like to pick up 4 Shure Beta 58A wireless systems, but I'm not exactly in that budget at the moment. So I had a couple of ideas... 1. Will a Beta 58A capsule work on the RAD360 handhelds?2. If not, is there a handheld Beta 58A that would work with the RAD360 receiver? (Mine ranges from somewhere around 638-662MHz with channels every .125MHz, I.E. 641.000, 641.125, etc,I will double check on that)3. At last resort, which wireless system with the Beta 58A would work the best for the price, and be rackmountable?
Members Tomm Williams
Before you invest a bunch of money into 600 mhz units, better take a look at the proposed sale of much of that bandwidth scheduled (I believe) for early next year. Members djiceman1575
Well I already have the RAD360 units, and they're paying themselves off fairly fast luckily. I was just trying to figure out if the capsules would work on the RAD360 transmitters, or if one of the Beta 58 wireless handhelds would work with my receiver. And at that point, some recommendations for the cheapest decent Beta 58 handheld units.
