Members Just Mike
My JBL SR4722's over SR4718 subs sound fine but I don't like having to put the tops on poles. It's a little unstable and they rotate pretty freely and don't stay in position all the time. BTW, I'm running 2 of each per side. So I'm thinking of getting some taller subs and FR's that I can stack. Ideally, I'd like to have the horns at about 7'. What's out there in that form factor that will sound as good or better than what I've got?

Members jahman
i have a set of those tops and was reluctant to run two per side because of th 100x100 horn.i'm curious to know how they work for you, how many people do you cover and have you use them for outside gig? Members Miko Man
I have the K&M sub poles (M20 threaded bases) that have an expanding mandrel in the top that holds the top speaker very securely. (I can lift a PRX 612m off the floor just using the expanding mandrel to hold the pole to the speaker.) IIRC, K&M has an adjustable sub pole with mandrels on both ends. Mark C.
