Members Coaster Posted October 10, 2013 Members Share Posted October 10, 2013 does anyone know how the shure flat rate repair relates to the wireless mics? i got a call from a work friend (i.e. cross department sub contract repair grade paycheck) about a wireless mic that stopped working. i went out on a service call and found the mic unresponsive but working, as in it would power on and off but the buttons controlling the menu features and setting were non functional and the mic was not sending signal. no matter what battery i used it flashes "CHANGE BATT" at me. i dont know whats wrong and recommended repair from shure. what repair rate do they offer for wireless mics? this is for an extremely upscale hockey arena. they have an astoundingly awesome system, i kid you not its really stellar.
