Members BluesBenderNC
Suppose we're playing a small venue, and I want to leave my amp at home, or suppose my amp blows up one night, is it possible to run a line out directly to the mixer with either of these pedals? Someone told me you can with the Line 6 HD500, but Ido't have one and want a smaller footprint. I would also want to maintain my regular pedal board of 3 pedals if possible. Minimizing is the name of the game these days. Thanks !
Members madjack
With your Pod 2, set the A.I.R. switch to direct and connect either one or two trs to xlr cables to the left and/or right outputs depending on mono or stereo, or if your mixer has balanced line ins you could just use trs to trs cables. Should work just fine, as this is what it is designed for. I don't know if the M9 has balanced outputs, but if not you could run through a d.i. box. Members Tomis17
The pod hd500x is the best unit for this application but pod2 would work fine. M9 is not designed for this application.
