Members KyleStyle
I was looking to upgrade my bands PA from our 100w kustom PA that i bought for a 100 bucks from my friend a year ago and i ran into this Fender px-2208d in the pawn shop for 199$ It's a powered mixer with 8 xlr inputs and it said that it is 300w. I have been looking online for any reviews but there are none. We have speakers that would work with this and i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this mixer and if it would be worth the 170 or so that they would probably take for it. Also they have it mislabeled as a peavey mixer of some sort, any info would be greatly appreciated
Members Unalaska
I'd say it's a sideways move at best
Members cappttenron
How serious are you about your sound? are you happy with what you have or do you just need more xlr inputs.
Members KyleStyle
Im not too worried about total quality of sound but i just need the pa to be loud enough for us to hear our vocals and i do need the more xlr inputs because the kustom had 4 but only 3 worked and we used to only use 3 for vocals but we have a percussionist joining the band and a trumpet player who plays pretty quietly
