Members Dookietwo
This just might have a place for smaller rigs/dj types looking for a smallish sub but still have power for some passive tops they may have. It could also make a medium drum monitor with passive wedges as well.http://www.carvinguitars.com/products/TRX3018A?utm_source=newsletter02202014a&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=trx3018a1500 watt ( 20 ms pulse - maybe class D? ) with a 1000 watts available for a non powered top. Might be fine for this and that. Kind of a all in one kind of box.Dookietwo

Members agedhorse
Likely "peak" power, not based on RMS voltage. The new "norm".

This idea has been around for some time . About ten years ago, I worked with a singer that had a pretty nice system he imported from Italy. And Yorkville had their Pulse satellite system decades ago, and still offer a couple today. http://yorkville.com/loudspeakers/elite/product/ex2/ Possibly more than a few companies that have at one point, done an all in one system.EDIT - I suppose what's nice about this one is that it looks like you don't have to buy the whole satellite package. As stated, that might be handy.Maybe one of the holes could be used to get your beer tray at the right height.
