Waldorf Power Supply

If you know what the unit wants to 'see' ... how many volts, AC or DC and the amps or milliamps, you can go to an electronic store and buy a simple transformer and wire a plug up yourself.

When I moved from the US to Europe, I needed a power supply for a Kurzweil unit. The local music store wanted an arm and a leg (around $40 or so). I simply went to an electronic parts store, bought a transformer and wired it up myself. Saved lots of money that way.

Just check the specifications the Waldorf microQ external power supply at the manual and buy it at Radio Shack or other sources for those external wall warts. This will cost you not more then lets say 15-20 $US

If I rember it right, you need 12 V and more then 500 mA. But better check the tech specs at the manual.
