Members Neole
Dan Dean Brass and Sam Horns both are very good. Not sure if you are looking for multisamples or phrases/loops. Read a quite comprehensive comparision here - http://emusician.com/ar/emusic_ultimate_brass_library/

That seems to be the general concensus. I play a lot of latin music as well and need high quality brass sounds. I tried the Roland Latin SRJV Expansion Board but was very dissapointed. The EMU was good for its time, but I believe the sounds are quite dated now.
