The manual states these specs1slot for 168 pin, 3.3 Voltage ,board height 38mm or lessSpeed100MHz (PC100 CL=2) or 133HMz (PC133 CL=3). They note that the 909 has been confirmed to work with standard memory that meet these specs HOWEVER cannot guarantee that all memory of ....will work correctly. Be aware that with even Identical specs, differences in design or conditions may make that module unuseableWhat are the recommended DINN memory 256 MB chips for the MC909?
