Members roadweiry
Ive got alot of questions about the whole Hammond and Leslie thing. Ive googled around but I haven't found any message boards that are geared towards this discussion. Do they exist?

Members roadweiry
Thanks guys. For what its worth im looking for a rebuild kit for my 147 and 122. Our bands B3 is such a maint nightmare that I just want to use our Nord Electro with one of our leslie's and call it a day. To be honest I wonder if I can sell the cabs I have to fund the new parts that I can put in a newly built leslie cab. (im a carpenter and leslie cabs are about as simple of a box as they come). So anyone know of any companys who sell "parts kits" or anything of that nature.
Members MRkeys
Several places sell amp rebuild kits. Try Tonewheel General or Goff.

Tonewheel General Hospital hands down the place for parts. Good luck! Nord Electros sound fantastic through real leslies (don't forget the yamaha FC7) . Members roadweiry
Ah no worries on the carpentry thing here...lol There seems no real cheap way to get a leslie rolling whether its rebuilding or buying new/used. Do the modern leslie cabs sound just as good. Cause if it comes down to spending good money on this leslie quest im sure the modern models have there benefits. Our key player bought a nord after we tryed to sell him on a VK-8 or the Hammond (XB i think) . But the nord has really sold me. Now we just want to get a leslie spinnin. I suppose we could sell our B3 and fund EVERYTHING but i just dont get rid of stuff...lol
