  • My new video with Jordan Rudess

    Hey everyone.

Even though Jordan lives in New York and we're in Israel, we made online sessions (through Skype), and came up with this little thing. Jordan played his Kronos and the app SampleWiz, while I played ny Nord Stage:

Totally awesome! I just downloaded SampleWiz app yesterday. Got to get into it soon. Regardless, love what you did.
    Cheers,

        The Kronos or the Nord?

Seems like Rudess got his Kronos before Mchale.

Damn, this is excellent. Who are you guys (in Israel), and how did you get connected to Rudess?

            Thanks everyone!
We're Eyal Amir (me - the keyboard player) and Ray Livnat (the singer/lyrics man). We're from Tel Aviv.

The Rudess story is pretty interesting - we made a video using MorphWiz (his first app for the iPad). He really liked it and we started talking and thinking about ideas to do something together. BTW, the video I posted is our second one together. This is the first:

This made me have GAS for a Radial Trimode. Go figure. Gosh I'm such a geek...

                  That was great!

I hope Jordon doesn't get kicked out of DT now.

                    Hehe, thanks everyone!

Regarding DT - they just released a new song today, so I think his place is safe.

I didn't know that, I'll check it out(anxiously waiting for the new album).
I think the name of the album says it all anyway.

Eyal-your music knocks me out-i love how you embrace technology and make even the most complex passages sound like a walk in the park! Amazing! No wonder Jordan found you!

He clearly took the chances, and may have received a radioactive unit

BTW . I certainly like the experimental side of Rudess better than the... wankery.

cool vid. Nice job working with Jordon. Cool song and performed well. My only wish is that the drums were louder in the mix.
                              Keep up the good work.
