Members mildbill
It's been over a year since my cat died. Finally broke down and got a couple of new, little hell-raisers :

Members mildbill
They're from the same litter - we wanted to keep them together. Most likely different fathers though. One's a short hair, and one medium. Cats are pretty promiscuous. The previous cats we had were Maine Coons, but we got these from a shelter for several reasons. It's good to have cats around again. Members Suilebhain
Thanks for the share! I haven't seen a kitten in awhile. They brightened my day. I guess I respond to kittens the same way most people respond to babies. We won't be able to have any kittens because we are at maximum saturation for cats between our indoor residents and our feral colony.
Members normhart
Nice little pair of critters, mildbill. I've always had dogs but my first cat died about the same time as yours This one's a recent arrival:
Members Suilebhain
The red one looks like my Abigael. The silver tabby is gorgeous.
Members normhart
Yeah, he was a real scrapper, though. Liked to mix it up in furballs around the neighborhood. Unfortunately, that's what did him in -he came so torn up one morning that he was just too far gone and we had to sadly put him down. He's buried in my back yard. Red cat is still quite young but isn't as aggressive and pretty much stays out of trouble - totally different personality-wise.

Members ElectricPuppy
We're down to one cat, and she's getting pretty old (she's 20 now). After she's gone, we'll probably look at getting another dog. I'm a dog guy, what can I say.

Members pogo97
Had a stray cat try to move in last week. Just walked in the door. It left very very quickly but not before causing me and my friend Freddy some deep concern.
Members mildbill
I'm sure Freddy looked like dinner to the cat.

I've had persians all my life. Their personality fits me nicely since they seem to get up to less mischief than other cats Nothing wrong with moggies though, they're just as good of company

Members carbon111
Congrats, Mildbill! As some of you know, I lost Tali (aka Circlecat) a little over a year ago. We still miss her terribly but the two kitties we have now keep us very busy.
