Yeah well, the first smear I tried involved only one elbow and forearm, and the CPU meter almost broke the display in its haste to peg. I know some others have had luck running VB-3 on V-Machine, and have no clue why it was so unsatisfactory for me. The first thing I did when I got it was to update the OS, which supposedly was going to give me better performance. Oh well. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Members evildragon Posted September 3, 2012 Members Share Posted September 3, 2012 I must say that I don't do smears a lot really, so I guess it depends on the playing style a lot. For my usage, VB3 on V-M is just very satisfactory. Some other plugins, like SQ8L (which I can run 4 instances of), Synth1, PPG 2.V, also run well on V-M and that makes it worthwhile for me.
