Some Waldorf Largo

In 1996 I got my first keyboard, a Roland XP-80. I was blown away by the demotracks for the internal sequencer, especially for my own attempts never came remotely close to the musical quality of these little songs, though they often made the
weak processor stumble because of MIDI overload.
I tried to imitate what I still had in mind of one of the demos using Waldorf Largo and drums from NI Battery.

Some sunday morning fun:

I think the sound is good and - more important - I know it quite well, so I'm pretty fast using it

did you use any plugs in a DAW
I used a few EQs - mostly low cut - from Cubase, the Cubase compressor on the drumtrack, some adjusting of the stereo mix with PSP's NobleQ and the Cubase brickwall limiter.
