The PE does some cool things with tuned feedback and audio-rate filter modulation, but it strikes me more as being a polysynth with benefits. Zebra, on the other hand, is a proper virtual modular, complete with mix-and-match sound generators and multiple filter types. ...I still want a Mono Evolver, though.
