Pretty simple 4-rank unit organ. There are a lot of tab stops, but there's a *ton* of borrowing going on. For example: the 8' flute at middle C will fire the same pipe as the 4' flute stop at an octave below middle C. Draw both stops, play both notes, hear only one pipe. To really make this thing sound good you'll need to add ranks...and that becomes a project that takes on a life of its own and starts consuming your house like Kudzu. The console would likely convert well into a front end for Hauptwerk, though.

A 4-rank unit organ can be a fun little instrument, but it can easily become the $500 Project From Hell. These turn up often for peanuts. Reuters, Moeller Artistes, etc.
