I do not have any experience with keybords, but i did get a cheap Yamaha KX8 and I am now looking for how to get this connected so I can get actual music out of the PA system.I understand that I could install software on a PC and connect the KX8 with the USB interface (even if I have read in various forums that for many users this is not straight forward), but i also saw a EMU Proteus 2500 for sale and I was wandering if I could use this equipment to do this. If not does anybody have some good suggestion on what software that would be a good choice (it is not important that the SW is very high quality and filled up with features.
