if I can find buyers--that's a whole nother quest
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident. Arthur Schopenhauer (1788 - 1860)

About a guy who is desperate, sitting alone in front of his "tft".

Fearing his girl somewhere out there.. will be taken by somebody else before him, so where to look?

"Girls don't look around, they only wait to be found".

A friend of mine had some basic arrangements. I made all lyrics, song melody/arrangement. Then we both worked on effects and tracks, and me a bit more on fine details etc. A multi track production.

Common song theme. Same again, he had the a basic version that he/we changed and improved. I added lyrics on the last half part and the vocal outros which I first sang and told the girl who sang to copy me. Though he did not seem to like electric guitar I included a solo part.

The last vocal part was recorded several months after the first. The sound was different. We had to analyse the spectrum of her first voice to know how to eq the last part. And listen of course. We worked on effects and tracks, and me a bit more on fine details etc. A multi track production again, I think over 40 tracks.

Again by a basic idea by a friend though first only in a euro style. I thought it needed upbeat and to add some disco feeling, making it somewhat like euro disco.

I made the song lyrics+melody for the girl, and me heard inbetween the girl. The other "dubeedunedamdam" is my fiends thing.

I made a semi-fast stratocaster rhythm (if you can, add the 1khz ca 2 db to hear the guitar better). Actually after I first made that

guitar recording I disqualified one of the 2-3 different parts I made, though it was not overly fast, but I thought it was. Next time I came to our studio he had worked with it anyway and it did work after being integrated into the mix.

Also this production is, i think over 40 tracks, loaded with effects, envelopes and fine tuning as far as we could. The computer sometimes didn't cope with all the effects and tracks at the same time.

            • Here's a tune of mine. It's fairly simple, not too many tracks, not too long.

Here's another one that's been a constant work in progress (and mutated quite a bit) for the past few months:

Very nice! But yeah, replacing the kick sample would improve it.

                        • It's not that bad on my earphones.

                          Puppeh brings out teh funk!

It's my favorite piece you've done so far. I can already some 70's action movie sequences going on while this plays. Awesome. Just too short.

Deamy and Swami, good stuff as well. I loved the Deamy productions, even if that last song was a bit heavy on the sugar

                            • Thanks guys! I had most fun playing that clav part. I actually probably played it for 15 solid minutes, just zoning out.

Now that I've checked it out on my headphones at work, I REALLY gotta replace that kick. Yuk.
