  • Yes. I meant the XT. The Pulse is obviously on. The XT should have a green healthy glow on the LCD and at least a few LED's should be glowing redish-orange.

    I shed a tear for its off-ness.

That confused me for a minute, too...There's 2 units in that pic kpatz.

                  • When it's not out on a stage, my rig is in my home studio.

                    • XS6 on Top

                    • S90ES Below

                    • Pair of TC Helicon Voice Solo's on mic stands for monitors

                    • Cheapo Behringer on a custom bracket for my local submix and monitor feed from the desk.

What you don't see are my SG, Les Paul and Express 5:25 Amp sitting behind.

Nothing fancy, nothing flash, just a straight rig to get the job done.

I still haven't found the perfect setup. Alas, the Z-600 desk is not it.

The Erase button didn't work. Turned out that the matrix diode for that switch wasn't fully inserted into the board during assembly and one of the legs only just touched the solder-over pad it belonged in. It probably worked for previous owners, although it may have seemed touchy. For me, it just flat didn't work. Once I discovered the problem, it was just a matter of desoldering the pad, pushing the diode's leg all the way through and resoldering. Voila! Erase button works fine now.

Except now, my MPC is no longer RoSH-compliant. I used tin/lead solder.
