Members Crazyfoo Posted March 14, 2015 Members Share Posted March 14, 2015 Any of you guys try this yet? im in Vancouver for a few days and got a chance to try one out yesterday at a local music store and I was totally blown away. i might go buy one and take it back to the Yukon with me becsuse i did how light weight and portable it is. the sounds really impressed me too. when you look at this thing the build quality is really cheap and fragile looking, but and this is a big but....it really shines with how remarkably good the sounds are and for $1250 Canadian buck look very reasonable too. what do you guys think for those of you who have tried it? Members bill5 Posted September 13, 2015 Members Share Posted September 13, 2015 As I wrote elsewhere, I loved it...except for the unweighted keys, which was a deal-breaker for me. All that coin for cheapie keypad? No thx. But I realize that doesn't matter for some and in that case, it's great....love the features, the sounds, and the nice big screen too (I can't believe how long it's taking for keyboards to implement those across the board vs the tiny 80s-looking blue and gray garbage). Yes the keys are unweighted and a bit narrow but they are Roland quality with that particular finish that Roland seem to have nowadays. Very playable and very fast.
