Oh, I should add an example YouTube video of how teachers and kids love doing good old rock n' roll at school.

More JamHub information for people who want to jam more and for those who want to teach. This is a news report from Wales about a school with a bunch of JamHub setups (called "JamPods"). Check it out:

        Hey Jon,

It was nice to see you at NAMM. Sorry we didn't get much time together.

Hi everyone, one of the things that JamHub LLC has been working on is making music access for everyone more available. At the NAMM show we announced a website that is designed to help your local store or school to offer many "silent studios" that allow everyone to be in a band. Many of us can be in a band because we have (or find) a place to jam. For others it is impossible and they give up on their instrument because playing by yourself is no where near as fun as being in a band.

Please check out the site, it's called www.jamcamp365.com and we hope that it helps every town to add music lessons that go beyond just instruments. After all, teaching an instrument and not how to be in a band is kind of like teaching someone how to shoot a basket ball and never letting them join a team.

        Have a great day,

        Steve

Good to see you as well, Steve.

I liked the photos you showed me of that music school in England. It really demonstrated the value of the JamHub in an educational setting.

What occurred to me was this: If you're going to be getting your sound from the JamHub, it's not necessary to reposition amps as much. They can stay against the wall, in their own "designated area," etc. It seems like less "furniture moving" is required when you employ a JH. You'd still access the amp to make tonal changes, of course, but since all level controls can be centralized, you don't have to worry about positioning the cabs directly at -- or away from -- other musicians for optimal monitoring.

That might be especially useful in a store, where amps are often stacked upon each other and organized in rows, to allow for foot traffic.

Hey Jon, when you (and/or Craig) are ready, we'd love to have you review our next "big" move www.BandLab.com. We'll have a piece of hardware soon (still working on the patent) that will connect to the JamHub studio, capture discrete tracks of audio, upload them to the BandLab Studio Cloud and let you mix and message from any device you have handy. Check it out. Hope to see you guys at Winter NAMM.
