  • I have tried calling Phonic's toll free number at nearly every hour of the day and it seems like it actually must just be off the hook all the time.  Constant busy ring-tone.

    I want to know if there are Windows 8 drivers for the unit, or if the Win 7 drivers (USB) are working fine.  There is no information about Windows 8 drivers on the website, and I'm not sure that my tech support question to this regard will be answered since I have not yet purchased the unit.

    If there might be anyone from Phonic still monitoring this thread, I can take my answer here, or point me to a FAQ post on your website, or a reply to my inquiry via e-mail are all usable for me.
